Motala 103355 – OVERLOAD MC2000, DMG D1 RED is an overload detection component used within the Motala MC2000 platform lift safety system to monitor load conditions and support overload protection. The device forms part of the overload monitoring assembly and detects when platform loading exceeds the permitted carrying capacity. When an overload condition is identified, the overload monitoring module sends a signal to the lift control system to inhibit movement until the load is reduced. Motala 103355 – OVERLOAD MC2000, DMG D1 RED operates alongside the overload arm, flag, and sensor/transmitter arrangement mounted beneath the platform. Its function helps protect the lift drive and mechanical components from overload-related operation.
