Thank you for choosing The Platform Lift Company Limited. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our returns policy.

  1. Authorisation: All returns must be authorised by The Platform Lift Company Limited within 10 days of receiving the original shipment to be eligible for credit, with applicable shipping charges deducted.

  2. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.

  3. Obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN): Prior to returning any item, please contact us at +44 01256-896000 during Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Public Holidays, to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

  4. Packaging Requirements: It is crucial to mark the packaging with the provided RAN.

  5. Return Shipping: Authorised returns must be shipped within 10 days from the issuance of the RAN to our designated shipping address in the UK:
    Millside House, Anton Business Park, Andover, Hampshire, SP102RW, England.

  6. Unauthorised Returns: Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.

  7. Condition of Returns: Items that have been improperly handled or damaged due to negligence will not be eligible for return.
